Founded in 1991, Source Too Machine has over 30 years of experience machining parts for numerous industries, including mining, general machine service, flange facing, farming, and industrial manufacturing. Source Too Machine was one of the first shops in northern Nevada to use CNC machines. The horizontal format allows quicker setup times, the ability to index a part, and a 360-degree machining area. These features allow maximum access to each production piece with minimum changes in fixtures, thus saving considerable time on medium and long runs. Our 7,000 square foot facility—located in Winnemucca, Nevada—is equipped with a wide range of precision equipment to meet the ever-changing manufacturing, repair, and machining needs of our customers. In 2006, we added an Excel-CNC mill, a Haas CNC Sl20 and TL3 lathe, a hemi production band saw, and a Faro CMM machine. We now offer Secoma Bolter parts to our customers, and we have gone to great lengths to improve and redesign these components based on customer feedback from their years of experience with these parts. Our machinists have a fluent understanding of CAD design and related software. Our engineering staff is capable of handling a variety of document formats, including imported CAD models, PDF files, scanned existing parts using fixed and portable CMMs, and even ideas sketched out on paper. We can use any of these formats to create a three-dimensional model of your order. We manufacture bushings using bronze, stainless steel, exotic metals, and alloys. We are also able to reverse engineer from prints or existing parts. We provide on-time delivery with a quality assurance program that is designed to build our customers confidence in our ability to meet and exceed their expectations.
